  1. What if when you download that Ummy program it barely allows you to click 2 buttons before it basically installs. Then, sets up this thing where it leaves itself open at all times, so even if you uninstall it, it’s still there in your computer and you can’t get it out because it stays open and you can’t close it? Ummy has pinned itself to my task bar and it can’t be closed. When I try to bring it up, it won’t expand and no matter how many times I right-click to close the window it won’t close. And this after I have already uninstalled it and any part of it was supposed to be removed from my computer. And when I try to go into my downloads file to get rid of the program I downloaded, it won’t allow me to delete it because it is running and pinned to my task bar. Is there any advice you can give me?

  2. This worked for me for something in the past. You might try it. I got into Safe Mode, which loads only basic programs, and then I was able to delete what was causing the trouble (I can’t remember what it was). To do so, use Cortana to find the system configuration. In the System Configuration window, click or tap the Boot tab. In the Boot options section, select the “Safe boot” option. Finally, click or tap on OK. Once you’re in Safe Mode, search for that program and delete it.
