    Hi. I have tried your recommended procedure above. I run Defender and it takes about 4 hours and identifies Exploit:Java/Anogre.E However, when I click the clean or remove button the computer kind of locks up. I get the message that this may take a few minutes, but the action bar moves a tiny bit then stops. I let the computer set in this state for 24 hours with no change. All the while something is running in the background taking 100% of the CPU, essentially locking the computer up.
