“Norton subscription renewal has not been completed” pop-up as shown in the image below is merely a fake announcement pretending to be from Norton Antivirus. This tactic by cyber crooks intend to mislead web users and try to tricked them into downloading a potentially unwanted program (PUP). In other scenario, “Norton subscription renewal has not been completed” pop-up will ask for credit card details from web users claiming that it is required to process the renewal. It is very obvious that this scheme is collecting valuable and banking details from users and attackers may misuse the data for other online fraudulent activities.

Renew Norton Antivirus now to stay protected.

Bear in mind that not all warnings that pop-ups from the computer are legitimate.
