  1. When you call the number listed above to cancel your “subscription” (which you never signed up for) you will get a recorded message saying that the charges are because you did not cancel your subscription after the 5 day free trial, and saying that no refunds will be given. Do not give up there. One of the options is to press a number (I forget which) and either enter your credit card number (don’t!) or wait on hold for an operator. Wait for the operator. That person will again “explain” why you have the charges on your credit card and will claim there are no refunds. But when I explained (repeatedly) that I have a screen shot proving that they promised they would not charge my card, and I threatened to report them to the authorities for fraudulent billing, he relented and refunded all 3 months’ worth of charges. (I didn’t notice until 3 months had gone by.) With that screen shot my credit card company had also said they could dispute/refund the charges. I can’t cut and paste my screen shot here, but you might try going back and starting the sign-up process again for the free trial, then take a screen shot (before signing up) where they say “We GUARANTEE that NO CHARGES will be applied for validating your account. No charges will appear on your credit card statement unless you upgrade to a Premium Membership or make a purchase.” That should be enough to reverse the charge on your credit card. Don’t let these fraudsters keep your money!
