I’ve solved the issue! Follow these step:
    1. open control panel / programs and look for mediavideoplayer and uninstall it. If you don’t have that, just click the installed on tab at the top and look for any suspicious programs installed on the day the issues started occurring.
    2. Open up task manager, go to processes and end winsys.exe (that is what the malware is called, don’t let it fool you it is not legit.)
    3. The search your program files in your main hard drive for mediavideoplayer or whatever the program you uninstalled was called and delete everything/empty the trash.
    That should fix it :)

Think I have found it!!! I’ve done everything that this web site has said and found some other web sites that say the same thing which is great but it didn’t work, it keep popping up and almost drove me insane but I was looking around in program files (86) and notice that there was a folder that I never downloaded call Video Media Player which has a media player app in it (that I have never seen) that works too call EVP easy video player but it also has files in there that links it to winsys so being suspicious of it I used Revo uninstall to get rid of it but had to reboot the PC in order to completely remove all the files because most of the winsys files were running with winsys.exe, after the reboot and the rest removed I haven’t had a problem, not one pop-up from big cuntries or his mates thank f!$k. Really hope this has helped whoever had the same problem but don’t just try this first maybe do what they have said above to make sure it is completely removed. Danny M 3/07/2014
